I love creating amazing designs for wedding cakes, celebration cakes and table decorations, and where possible, I relish the challenge of creating something unique and combining more than one element to bring something truly inspirational to your special day.

I will never tire of exceeding people's expectations by creating something far more detailed and intricate than they imagined, and although I love the more traditional and contemporary wedding and celebration cakes, I also enjoy the challenge of creating the more unusual novelty cakes! Whatever your imagination conjures up, I will do my best to bring it to life.

I believe that my cakes should taste as good as they look, and to ensure they are fresh, I always bake and decorate them as last minute as possible, using the best ingredients including free range eggs and real butter.
